Match public Amazon reviews with your orders in Seller Central

When a customer leaves you a review, you should be able to contact them and show that you care. Now you can.

Before 10/26/2017, ReviewMatch was $80 and worked on nearly 100% of reviews. However, Amazon recently changed its HTML layout, and now ReviewMatch only works for about 25% of reviews (when a customer uses their real name in a review).


Because of this, I've decided to make ReviewMatch FREE for the time being. If you get value from ReviewMatch, it would be awesome if you could help spread the word!

MY STORY

I fell in love with entrepreneurship soon after arriving at college, and made it my goal to run a business full-time upon graduating. During my junior year, I began selling stick-on phone wallets on Amazon (out of my dorm room at University of Maryland, and I called it CardBuddy).


By the time I graduated last May, CardBuddy had over $100K annual sales and I’ve since been running it full-time. Happy customers are crucial for success on Amazon, so my top priority is to make sure each customer has a great experience with my brand on Amazon (if you're interested, check out this blog post I wrote about 3 unique ways I "surprise and delight" my customers).

Any Amazon product that is successful will inevitably get 1 and 2 star reviews. However, just because a customer starts out unhappy doesn’t mean they should stay unhappy. Whenever CardBuddy receives a negative Amazon review, I always try to contact the customer and offer a full refund or replacement.


But here’s the problem: Amazon doesn’t currently provide a way to contact your reviewers directly. If you don't get lucky and find the customer’s name in Seller Central, you can't contact them and they will remain unhappy. With ReviewMatch, you can contact any customer and make sure they have a great experience with your company.

For every 1000 reviews, Competitor A has 2 people mention “service,” Competitor B has 4 people mention “service,” and my business has 63 people mention “service.” Here's the actual reviews mentioning service.
